Job Title :- Email Marketing Specialist Job Location :- Pune
Key Responsibilities :-
- Design, develop, and execute effective email marketing campaigns to drive engagement, lead generation, and customer retention.
- Manage end-to-end email campaigns, including planning, writing, testing, scheduling, and analysis.
- Segment email lists to ensure targeted, relevant content is delivered to the right audience.
- Analyze campaign performance using key metrics such as open rates, click-through rates, and conversions, and use data to optimize future campaigns.
- Leverage email automation tools to streamline workflows, nurture leads, and improve overall campaign efficiency.
- Write compelling subject lines, copy, and calls to action (CTAs) that drive engagement and encourage conversions.
- Maintain and improve email templates, ensuring they are mobile-responsive and visually appealing.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align email campaigns with broader marketing strategies and goals.
- Ensure compliance with email marketing laws and regulations (e.g., GDPR, CAN-SPAM).
- Test and optimize email content, layout, and delivery times to enhance overall campaign performance.
- Stay current with email marketing trends and best practices to ensure our strategies remain innovative and effective.
Qualifications :-
- Proven experience in email marketing, preferably in a B2B or B2C environment.
- Strong knowledge of email marketing platforms (e.g., Mailchimp, HubSpot, Marketo, ActiveCampaign).
- Familiarity with email automation, segmentation, and A/B testing techniques.
- Excellent written communication skills with the ability to write engaging and persuasive email content.
- Strong analytical skills and experience with email marketing analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Litmus, or similar).
- Ability to work independently, manage multiple projects, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Knowledge of email deliverability best practices and strategies to improve inbox placement.
Desirable Skills :-
- Experience with CRM platforms and integrating email campaigns with customer databases (e.g., Salesforce).
- Knowledge of HTML/CSS for basic email design customizations.
- Previous experience with lead generation email campaigns is a plus.
